WHAT IS DONE AND WHAT YOU GET

1. Scan the entire roof surface with high resolution infrared equipment and if requested marking moisture-damaged areas with survey paint.

2. Core sampling with analysis to determine roof construction and moisture content.

3. Thermograms of typical moisture areas both full screen and picture in picture.

4. Visual field inspection of roofing components documented with photographs of existing conditions, along with a roof inspection checklist.

5. Panoramic photographs and thermograms of the roof area.

6. Dimensioned roof drawing locating all of the above.

7. Summary of present condition, along with recommended repair considerations.

All in a bound report and/or data base (ours or yours, as you choose).
