Our services include condition inspections based upon actual conditions for any and all building exterior parts, energy savings consulting, and forensic services.  While many firms claim to be in our market space we feel that virtually no one else provides the building envelope services we do, takes a coordinated, interlocking approach to building shell issues and that our philosophy and services have some fundamental differences from almost all other consultants including:

 

1. condition assessments (roof, building envelope, site) with immediate work budget and 5 year budget for maintenance, and, maintenance guidelines and staff training if desired.

2. flat fee pricing for projects and no change orders (mostly pre-planned price increases).

3. meetings with property management, asset management, facility management, engineers (whomever all is responsible) to review inspection reports and answer questions along with data base access to all reports and data at no additional cost.

4. $1,000,000 errors and omissions insurance.  Our customers have a layer of protection not provided by most consultants due to their inability to get insurance or unwillingness to invest in it to protect their customers.  While we work very hard to do everything perfect, companies are made of people and people are not perfect, so we feel that making sure end users are protected and/or can finish projects/work in a timely manner is paramount.  This insurance provides that security and protection.  If you have ever known of a project that went bad or condition assessment report that was flat out wrong then you have seen some of the problems that can occur.

5. flat fee review of proposed remediation/insurance settlements/specifications/contracts after disasters to make sure that the asset is returned to at least “as was” condition.

6. pre-negotiated Emergency Response Assessment programs that protect assets via short term ‘dry in’ guidance and long term proper remediation and project specification.  Guaranteed response times are included with these programs in addition to a fixed cost.

7. site, building, building envelope or roof asset management programs.

8. On line data access or data storage on your system with the capability to automatically feed into work orders and in-house reports and data systems.
